Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
Owner policy finalized October 20, 2026. Payments and the Stripe Customer Portal are not connected yet; no subscription can currently start.
Monthly — US$99/month, automatically renews monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime. Monthly payments are non-refundable. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
Annual — US$990/year, automatically renews annually until canceled. Cancel anytime. Your annual refund is US$990 minus US$99 per month of use. Any partial month counts as a full month. Cancel within the first month: US$891 refund; after 3 months of use: US$693 refund; at 10 or more months of use: US$0 refund.
How to cancel: Account & settings → Manage subscription → Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge.
Cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal stops renewal; it does not automatically issue an annual refund. Annual refunds are processed by an administrator back to the original card using this formula. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
